Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus Cheesecake Bites
These cheesecake bars are a combination of a classic pumpkin pie with the silky creaminess
of a cheesecake. This easy dessert is perfect to serve at holiday dinners or just because you feel
like having a pumpkin treat.
SERVES 1
CRUST
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Cups: Graham Cracker Crumbs
5 Tbsp: Unsalted Butter, Melted
¼ Cup: Sugar
¼ Tsbp: Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor slowly pulse in graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar & salt.
In a greased spring form pan press the graham crust into the bottom and edged to compact the crust.
Bake in a preheated oven on 350 for 10 minutes and then remove the par-baked crust to cool completely
CHEESECAKE
INGREDIENTS
16 Oz: Boar's Head Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus
4 Tbsp: Brown Sugar
20 Oz: Cream Cheese
4: Eggs
Caramel Sauce, Store Bought
Powdered Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixer, incorporate 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus with the brown sugar and cream cheese until fully blended.
On a low speed blend in the eggs one at a time, be sure to scrape down the sides of the mixer between adding each egg.
Pour the cream cheese batter into the cooled crust.
Bake crust with the cream cheesecake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until center is set.
Chill completely and remove cheesecake from the pan.
Evenly spread 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus over the top.
Drizzle caramel sauce and powdered sugar to taste.
