Greek Salmon

Ingredients Per Piece Of Salmon

-8 oz skin off salmon

-2 slices tomato

-1 slice red onion

-2 tbsp black olive

-2 tbsp feta - crumbled

-1/4 cup greek dressing

Instructions

Layer tomato, onion, olives, dressing & feta atop salmon. Bake 350F for 18-25 minutes/


Tip: Add some white wine to the pan as it cooks for some extra flavor!
