Greek Flatbread with Roasted Pine Nut Hummus

Enhance your flatbread snack experience with the aromatic roasted pine nuts and seasonings of our Roasted Pine Nut Hummus.

INGREDIENTS



4: Radishes, Thinly Sliced

½ Cup: Cucumber, Diced

½ Cup: Red Onion, Diced

1 Tsp: Dried Oregano

2 Tbsp: Olive Oil

¼: Kosher Salt

¼ Tsp: Freshly Ground Black Pepper

¼ Cup: Roasted Pine Nut Hummus

2: Flatbreads

¼ Cup: Creamy Feta Cheese, Crumbled



INSTRUCTIONS


  1. In a small bowl, combine radishes, cucumbers, red onion, oregano leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

        
  2. Divide the hummus in half and spread evenly over each flatbread using a spatula.

        
  3. Divide the vegetable mixture evenly over each flatbread.

        
  4. Sprinkle each flatbread with Feta Cheese and serve immediately.
