Ingredients
- 10 Tbsp.
(1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp.
chopped fresh sage
- 12 oz.
sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2
(9-ounce) packages store-bought gnocchi

- Step 2-Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- Step 3-Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat from skillet; reduce heat to medium. Add gnocchi and spread into a single layer. Cook, without stirring, 2 minutes.
