Crab Cakes

Ingredients

-1 can lump crab meat

-1 egg

-2 tbsp whole-grain mustard

-1/4 cup mayo

-1/4 cup parsley - chopped

-1 lemon - juiced & zested 

-1 tbsp old bay

-2 dashes hot sauce

-2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

-panko as needed

Instructions

Add egg, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, lemon, parsley, old bay, Worcestershire sauce to bowl & mix well. Add crab meat & toss lightly. Add panko slowly (
add 1/4 cup at a time) until firm. Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes. Form cakes & cook with Butter!
